当社は、お客様のプライバシー保護を重要視し、個人情報の適切な取り扱いを行います。当社が提供するサービスの利用にあたり、お客様から提供された個人情報は以下の通りに利用されます。

1.収集する情報の範囲
当社は、サービス提供に必要な範囲で、以下の情報を収集することがあります。
・氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所等の個人情報
・サービス利用履歴、閲覧履歴等の利用ログ情報

2.個人情報の利用目的
当社は、お客様から収集した個人情報を以下の目的で利用いたします。
・サービスの提供、運営、管理、改善のため
・お客様への連絡、お問い合わせへの対応のため
・当社のサービスに関する情報提供、広告掲載のため

3.個人情報の第三者提供
当社は、以下の場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
・法律に基づく場合
・お客様の同意がある場合
・当社が業務委託先等に対して必要な範囲で提供する場合

4.個人情報の管理
当社は、お客様の個人情報を適切に管理し、個人情報の漏洩、滅失又は毀損等が起きないように対策を講じます。

5.お問い合わせ先
当社は、お客様からの個人情報に関するお問い合わせに対して、適切かつ迅速に対応いたします。お問い合わせは、当社のホームページよりお願いいたします。

6.プライバシーポリシーの改定
当社は、法令、社会情勢の変化等に応じて、プライバシーポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後のプライバシーポリシーは、当社のホームページに掲載し、お客様に通知します。

外部サービスの利用

• Notion からの取り込み：お客様が接続を許可した場合のみ、許可されたページとデータベースの内容を読み取り、Moonday のメモ・予定・タスクとして保存します。Notion への書き込みは行いません。接続情報（アクセストークン）はサーバーにのみ保存し、アプリの設定からいつでも接続を解除できます（解除すると削除されます）。
• 写真の文字・本の読み取り：お客様が読み取りを選んだ写真を Google Gemini API に送信して処理します。写真はこの処理のためだけに使い、サーバーには保存しません。
• iCal 購読：購読するカレンダーのリンクは暗号化してサーバーに保存し、定期的に予定を取得して Moonday の予定として保存します。購読はアプリの設定からいつでも削除できます。
• 場所の検索：メモの場所を検索するとき、入力した文字を当社サーバー経由で Google Maps Platform（Places API）に送信します。
• AI アシスタント：お客様がご自身のアカウントまたは API キーで接続した AI サービス（OpenAI、Anthropic、OpenRouter、Google Gemini のいずれか）に、お客様が入力したメッセージと、回答に必要な範囲の Moonday のデータ（予定・メモ・タスクなど、お客様が閲覧できるもの）を送信します。送信の前に同意を確認します。送信されたデータは各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。接続情報（API キー・トークン）は暗号化してサーバーにのみ保存し、設定からいつでも接続を解除できます（解除すると削除されます）。会話の履歴は Moonday に保存され、アプリから削除できます。
• メールの送信：イベントの招待とお知らせ、先生からのお知らせ、体験レッスンの受付確認などのメールは、メール送信サービス Resend（Resend, Inc.、米国）を通じて送信します。
• 友達リンクからのインストール：友達リンクからアプリをインストールした場合、インストール後の初回起動時に一度だけ、その友達リンクのコードを読み取ります。Android では Google Play のインストール参照元情報（Install Referrer）を、iPhone ではクリップボードを確認します。クリップボードは Web の「アプリをダウンロード」がリンクをコピーした場合に備えて初回起動時に一度だけ確認し、Moonday の友達リンクだけを使います。それ以外の内容は保存も送信もしません。読み取ったコードは端末内にだけ保存し、友達ページを開いた時点または 7 日後に削除します。端末を識別する情報（フィンガープリント）は使いません。

足あと（場所のチェックイン）

お客様が場所にチェックインしたときだけ、その場所の名前・住所・緯度経度、国・都道府県・都市、日時、関連する予定、お客様が入力したメモと写真（任意）を、お客様のアカウントに紐づけて保存します。保存する緯度経度は場所の座標（予定や検索で選んだ場所、または「ここ（都市だけ記録）」の場合は都市の中心）で、端末の現在地そのものではありません。「現在地」でチェックインするときだけ、端末の位置情報を 1 回取得し、約 10 m 単位に丸めて当社サーバー経由で Google に送り、近くの場所や都市名を調べます。端末の位置情報をバックグラウンドで取得することはありません。都市名をそろえるため、場所の座標または Google の場所 ID を当社サーバー経由で Google に送ることがあり、その結果はお客様ごとに最長 30 日間サーバーに保存します。国や都道府県の判定はアプリ内の地図データで行います。チェックインは初期設定でお客様本人だけが見られます。お客様が「家族」を選んだチェックイン（足あとのメニューで新しいチェックインの初期値にもできます）は、同じ家族グループのメンバーが見られます。家族グループを離れると、元の家族からは見えなくなります。足あと全体・年・月・国の共有画像には地域の色分けと件数だけが入ります。1 件のチェックインを共有する画像には、お客様が共有を選んだときだけ、その場所の名前・都市・日付・評価・メモの冒頭・写真と、場所の周辺の地図（位置を示す点）が入ります。「写真から取り込む」「写真でチェックイン」では、お客様が選んだ写真の撮影日時と位置情報を端末の中で読み取り、チェックインの候補を作ります。写真や位置情報をまとめて送信することはなく、お客様が保存を選んだチェックイン（と添付を選んだ写真 1 枚）だけを保存します。このとき保存する座標は写真の撮影場所です。場所の名前を調べるため、その座標を当社サーバー経由で Google に送ります。足あとは AI アシスタントには送信しません。チェックインはアプリの「足あと」画面からいつでも 1 件ずつ編集・削除でき（写真も削除されます）、アカウントを削除するとチェックイン、写真、サーバーに保存した調べた結果もすべて削除されます。

Moonday の AI（Google Gemini）

「お知らせから予定作成」（学校のお知らせの写真や貼り付けた文章から予定を作る機能）と、Moonday が提供する AI モデル（お客様ご自身の AI アカウントを使わない場合の AI アシスタント）を使うとき、お客様が選んだ写真・貼り付けた文章・入力したメッセージと、回答に必要な範囲の Moonday のデータ（予定・メモ・タスクなど、お客様が閲覧できるもの、およびご家族の表示名）を当社サーバー経由で Google Gemini API に送信して処理します。送信の前に同意を確認します。写真と貼り付けた文章は処理のためだけに使い、サーバーには保存しません（読み取り結果からお客様が追加した予定は保存されます）。一般のお客様に提供する際は、送信内容が Google のモデルの学習に使われない有料の API を利用し、Google は Gemini API の利用規約に従って処理します。

本の公開カタログと評価

Moonday には、すべてのお客様が見られる本の公開カタログ（受賞作品などの本のリストを含みます）があります。カタログに載るのは書名・著者・出版社・ISBN・出版年などの書誌情報と、下記の表紙画像の URL だけです。お客様が本棚に追加した本も、ISBN が確認できたものは書誌情報だけがカタログに載ることがあります。そのとき、どのお客様の本から載ったかは記録しません。お客様が入力した内容紹介・メモ・タグ・写真・読書の記録は載りません。

本の評価（星）は、全員の評価から平均点と人数だけを計算し、3 人以上が評価した本についてその本のページに表示します。誰がどの評価をつけたかは表示せず、保存もしません。本を本棚から削除するか評価を外すと、次の集計から除かれます。

本の表紙画像と書誌情報は、お客様の端末から Open Library（Internet Archive）、openBD（版元ドットコム）、Google Books に直接読み込みます。このとき、各サービスにはお客様の端末の IP アドレスと調べる本の ISBN などが送られ、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。

購入とクレジット

Moonday Plus（サブスクリプション）やクレジットを App Store または Google Play で購入したときは、購入の確認と特典の付与のため、商品 ID、取引 ID、購入日時・有効期限、自動更新の状態、購入したストア、返金・取消の通知を当社サーバーに保存します。クレジットについては残高と、追加・使用の履歴（日時、数、使った機能）を保存します。お支払い方法やカード情報は各ストアが処理し、当社は受け取りません。Plus は購入者の Moonday の家族グループのメンバーにも適用されるため、家族のメンバーは家族に Plus が付いていることと、家族で共有する毎月のクレジットの残りを見ることができます。購入とクレジットの記録は、アカウントを削除した後も、会計・税務その他の法令に基づき必要な期間保存することがあります。

イベントの出欠返事（アカウントなしのゲスト）

Moonday のユーザー（主催者）から招待されたイベントに、アカウントなしで出欠を返事する場合、次の情報を取り扱います。

• お名前（必須）：主催者が参加者を把握するため
• メールアドレス（任意）：返事の変更リンク・PIN、締め切り前と前日のお知らせ、日時・場所の変更や中止のお知らせを送るため
• 出欠、大人・子どもの人数（必須）：参加人数の集計
• アレルギー・食事の配慮（任意）：主催者が食事などを準備するため
• 持っていくもの（持ち寄り）（任意）：主催者が持ち寄りを調整するため
• メッセージ（任意）：主催者への連絡

• アレルギーなどの情報は健康に関する情報を含むことがあります。入力は任意で、ご本人の同意のうえで入力された場合のみ取り扱います。
• これらの情報を見られるのは、そのイベントの主催者と、主催者が選んだ共同主催者だけです。主催者が「参加者に名前を公開」を選んだ場合、ほかの参加者には、参加・未定の方のお名前と人数、持っていくものだけが表示されます。メールアドレス・アレルギー・メッセージは表示されません。
• 割り勘の記録（誰がいくら払ったか）は主催者と共同主催者だけが見られ、お金のやり取りは Moonday では行いません。記録はゲストのお名前ではなく返事の ID で保存します。
• 主催者が招待のためにメールアドレスを入力した場合、Moonday はそのアドレスに招待メールを 1 通送り、返事の締め切り前に 1 回お知らせします。
• 不正利用を防ぐため、IP アドレスを不可逆に変換した値と、アクセス回数だけを記録します。IP アドレスそのものは保存しません。変更用 PIN と変更リンクの鍵は、不可逆に変換した値だけを保存します。
• 保存期間：イベント終了から 90 日後に、ゲストのお名前・メールアドレス・アレルギー・メッセージ、送信したメールの記録を自動で削除します。人数の集計だけが残ります。それまでの間も、変更リンクからいつでも返事を変更できます。削除を希望する場合は主催者または下記の窓口へご連絡ください。
• これらの情報を広告や Moonday の宣伝に使うことはありません。返事のあとに表示される「Moonday で予定を管理」はアプリの紹介で、クリックしても入力内容は送られません。

先生からのお知らせ（一斉連絡）と既読の確認

Moonday で教室・習い事を運営する先生は、生徒のご家族にお知らせをまとめて送り、誰が読んだかを確認できます。このとき次の情報を取り扱います。

• お知らせの内容（件名・本文・写真）：ご家族へのお知らせのため。見られる人：送った先生、同じコースの先生、送り先のご家族
• 既読（どのご家族が、いつ、家族の誰が開いたか。アプリかメールのリンクか）：先生が伝わったかを確認するため。見られる人：送った先生と同じコースの先生
• お返事（了解・欠席・質問、質問の文章、返事をした人の表示名）：先生への連絡のため。見られる人：送った先生と同じコースの先生、そのご家族
• メールアドレス（ご家族のアカウントに登録済みのもの）：ご家族のどなたもアプリを使っていない場合に、お知らせと閲覧用リンクを送るため。Moonday のシステムだけが使い、先生には表示されません

• ご家族ごとに 1 通のお知らせとして記録します。ほかのご家族には、誰に送られたか・誰が読んだかは表示されません。
• メールの閲覧用リンクを開くと、そのご家族の「既読」が先生に伝わります。リンクはそのご家族専用で、送信から 180 日後、または先生がお知らせを削除すると開けなくなります。
• 閲覧用リンクの不正利用を防ぐため、IP アドレスを不可逆に変換した値とアクセス回数だけを記録します。IP アドレスそのものは保存しません。
• 保存期間：お知らせ、既読、お返事は、先生がお知らせを削除するまで保存します。先生が削除すると、すべてのご家族の分が一緒に削除されます。
• これらの情報を広告に使うことはありません。

練習記録

先生がコースで練習記録をオンにすると、生徒とご家族が毎日の練習を記録し、先生がその様子を確認できます。このとき次の情報を取り扱います。

• 練習した日、練習時間（任意）、曲・内容（任意）、メモ（任意）、記録した人：生徒・ご家族の練習の記録と、先生による練習状況の確認のため。見られる人：生徒本人、生徒のご家族、そのコースの先生
• 先生の設定（オン・オフ、目標の日数と時間、今の課題）：生徒・ご家族に目標と課題を表示するため。見られる人：そのコースの先生、生徒とご家族
• 最新のレッスンノートの未完了の宿題：「課題」として生徒・ご家族に表示するため。見られる人：生徒本人、生徒のご家族、そのコースの先生

• お子さまの練習は、同じ家族のメンバー（保護者）が代わりに記録できます。
• 同じコースのほかの生徒やご家族には表示されません。
• 先生が月次レポート（AI による下書き）を作るとき、その月の練習の集計（練習した日数、合計時間、最長連続日数、記録された曲名）をレッスンノートと一緒に AI サービスに送ります。メモの文章は送りません。
• 写真や録音は記録しません。
• 保存期間：記録した人がその日の記録を取り消すまで、または生徒のアカウント（お子さまのプロフィール）が削除されるまで保存します。アカウントを削除すると、その生徒の練習記録も削除されます。
• これらの情報を広告に使うことはありません。

体験レッスンの申し込みと先生の紹介ページ

先生の紹介ページ：先生は、Moonday アプリで紹介ページ（moonday.site/t/…）を作成できます。ページに表示されるのは、先生が入力して「公開する」をオンにした情報（表示名、写真、教えている内容、自己紹介、エリア、レッスンの言語と形、料金の説明、先生が選んだコースの名前・曜日と時間・対象・残りの人数）だけです。生徒の名前など、コースに参加している人の情報は表示しません。公開をオフにすると、ページは表示されなくなります。

申し込みで集める情報：保護者のお名前、メールアドレス（必須）。お子さまのお名前と年齢、電話番号、希望のコースや日時、メッセージ（任意）。表示に使った言語。

利用目的：申し込み先の先生に届け、先生があなたに連絡するため。受付確認メールを、入力されたメールアドレスに送るため。いたずらや大量送信を防ぐため（下記）。

誰が見られるか：申し込みの内容は、申し込み先の先生だけがアプリで見られます。他の利用者や、他の先生は見られません。先生には「新しい申し込みがあった」という通知が届きます（通知にはお名前とコース名だけが含まれ、メールアドレスや電話番号は含まれません）。Moonday の運営者は、障害対応や不正利用の調査に必要な場合に限りデータにアクセスすることがあります。

保存期間と削除：

• 申し込みは、先生が最後に対応状況を変えた日から 180 日後に自動で削除します（入会・見送り・未対応のいずれも同じです）。
• 受付確認メールの送信記録は、送信から 180 日後に削除します。
• 先生は申し込みをいつでも削除できます。先生が Moonday のアカウントを削除した場合、その先生のページと届いた申し込みはすべて削除します。
• ご自身の申し込みの削除を希望する場合は、先生に連絡するか、下記の窓口までご連絡ください。

不正利用の防止：フォームには自動送信を見分ける仕組みがあります。同じ接続元からの送信回数を制限するため、IP アドレスを元に戻せない形（ハッシュ）に変換した値を一時的に使います。IP アドレスそのものは保存しません。回数の記録は 2 日以内に削除します。データは Google Cloud（Firebase）に保存します。

先生（ページ作成者）の皆さまへ：申し込みに含まれる個人情報は、体験レッスンの連絡と調整の目的だけに使ってください。カレンダーに体験レッスンの予定を入れたときは、予定にはお名前だけが入り、連絡先は入りません。

利用状況の統計

Moonday は、サービス改善のために次の情報を集計します。

• 登録経路：新しくアカウントを作成したとき、どこから来たか（例：シェア画像の QR コード、友達リンク、ダウンロードページ）と端末の種類（iOS / Android / Web）を一度だけ記録します。後から変更されることはありません。
• ページの訪問数：ダウンロードページと友達リンクが開かれた回数を、日ごと・経路ごと・端末の種類ごとの件数としてのみ記録します。IP アドレス、Cookie、端末 ID は保存しません。
• 日次の集計：新規登録数、利用中のユーザー数、継続率、家族の数などを、上記と既存のアカウント情報（作成日時、最終利用日時）から集計します。集計結果は人数のみで、運営者（管理者）だけが閲覧できます。

これらの情報を広告目的で第三者に提供することはありません。

アカウントの削除

アプリの「私の」タブ → 設定 → 「アカウントを削除します」からいつでも削除できます。アカウントとプロフィール、ご自身が作成したメモ・予定・タスク・コース・読書メモ、ご自身宛ての通知、AI アシスタントの接続情報と会話、iCal 購読、Notion の接続情報、足あと（場所のチェックイン）、登録経路の記録、練習記録、先生の紹介ページと届いた体験レッスンの申し込みが削除されます。アプリを使えない場合や、チャットのメッセージ・写真・動画を含めてすべて削除したい場合は、登録メールアドレスから info@mconstant.co.jp までご連絡ください。30 日以内に削除します。本の評価は次の集計から除かれます。公開カタログの書誌情報は個人情報を含まないため、そのまま残ります。手順の詳細：アカウントの削除

1.信息收集范围

除非以下情况，我们不会向第三方提供客户的个人信息：

4.个人信息的管理
我们公司将适当地管理客户的个人信息，并采取措施防止个人信息泄露、丢失或损坏等情况。

5.联系我们
我们公司将适当、迅速地回应客户有关个人信息的查询。请通过我们公司的网站进行查询。

6.隐私政策的修改
根据法律和社会情况的变化，我们公司可能会修改隐私政策。修改后的隐私政策将公布在我们公司的网站上并通知客户。

第三方服务

• 从 Notion 导入：仅在您授权连接后，读取您允许的页面和数据库内容，并保存为 Moonday 的笔记、日程或任务。Moonday 不会向 Notion 写入任何内容。连接凭证（访问令牌）只保存在服务器上，您可以随时在设置中断开连接，断开后凭证即被删除。
• 照片识别（文字、书籍信息）：您选择识别的照片会发送到 Google Gemini API 处理，仅用于本次识别，服务器不保存照片。
• iCal 订阅：订阅的日历链接加密后保存在服务器上，服务器定期获取日程并保存为 Moonday 的日程。您可以随时在设置中删除订阅。
• 地点搜索：搜索笔记地点时，您输入的文字会经由我们的服务器发送到 Google Maps Platform（Places API）。
• AI 助手：您用自己的账号或 API 密钥连接的 AI 服务（OpenAI、Anthropic、OpenRouter、Google Gemini 之一）会收到您输入的消息，以及回答所需范围内的 Moonday 数据（您能查看的日程、笔记、待办等）。发送前会先征得您的同意。这些数据按各服务自己的隐私政策处理。连接凭证（API 密钥、令牌）加密后只保存在服务器上，您可以随时在设置中断开连接，断开后凭证即被删除。对话记录保存在 Moonday 中，可以在 App 里删除。
• 发送邮件：活动邀请和通知、老师的公告、体验课申请的确认邮件等，通过邮件发送服务 Resend（Resend, Inc.，美国）发送。
• 从好友链接安装：如果您是通过好友链接安装的 App，App 会在安装后第一次启动时读取一次这条好友链接的邀请码。Android 上读取 Google Play 的安装来源信息（Install Referrer），iPhone 上检查剪贴板。剪贴板只在第一次启动时检查一次（网页上的「下载 App」会先复制链接），只使用 Moonday 的好友链接，其他内容不保存也不发送。读到的邀请码只保存在您的设备上，打开好友页面后或 7 天后删除。我们不使用识别设备的信息（设备指纹）。

足迹（地点打卡）

只有在您打卡某个地点时，才会保存该地点的名称、地址、经纬度、所在国家、省级区域和城市、日期、关联的日程，以及您填写的备注和照片（可选），并与您的账号关联。保存的经纬度是地点的坐标（日程或搜索里选的地点；选「就这里（只记城市）」时是城市中心），不是手机的当前位置本身。只有在您用「当前位置」打卡时，才会取一次手机位置，四舍五入到约 10 米后经我们的服务器发给 Google，用来查找附近地点或城市名。Moonday 不会在后台获取手机的位置。为了统一城市名，可能会把地点坐标或 Google 地点 ID 经我们的服务器发给 Google，查询结果按用户在服务器上最多保存 30 天。国家和省级区域由 App 内置的地图数据判断。打卡默认只有您自己能看到；您选了「家人」的打卡（也可以在足迹菜单里设为新打卡的默认值），同一个家庭的成员可以看到；离开家庭后，原来的家人就看不到了。足迹总览、年份、月份、国家的分享图里只有区域色块和数字。单条打卡的分享图只在您选择分享时生成，里面有该地点的名称、城市、日期、评分、备注开头、照片，以及地点周边的地图（用圆点标出位置）。使用「从相册导入」「用照片打卡」时，会在手机上读取您所选照片的拍摄时间和位置，生成打卡建议。照片和位置信息不会批量上传，只保存您选择保存的打卡（以及您选择附上的一张照片），此时保存的坐标是照片的拍摄地点。为了查询地点名称，会把该坐标经我们的服务器发给 Google。足迹不会发送给 AI 助手。您可以随时在 App 的「足迹」页面逐条编辑或删除打卡（照片一并删除）；删除账号时，打卡、照片和服务器上保存的查询结果会全部删除。

Moonday 的 AI（Google Gemini）

使用「通知建日程」（用学校通知的照片或粘贴的文字建日程）和 Moonday 提供的 AI 模型（不使用您自己的 AI 账号时的 AI 助手）时，您选择的照片、粘贴的文字、输入的消息，以及回答所需范围内的 Moonday 数据（您能看到的日程、笔记、待办等，以及家人的显示名称）会经我们的服务器发送给 Google Gemini API 处理。发送前会征得您的同意。照片和粘贴的文字只用于这次处理，不保存在服务器上（您根据识别结果添加的日程会保存）。向一般用户提供这些功能时，我们使用发送内容不会被用于训练 Google 模型的付费 API，Google 按 Gemini API 的使用条款处理。

公共书目和评分

Moonday 有一个所有用户都能看到的公共书目（包括获奖作品等书单）。书目里只有书名、作者、出版社、ISBN、出版年等书目信息，以及下面说明的封面图片地址。您加入书架的书，如果能确认 ISBN，也可能只以书目信息的形式收入公共书目，我们不会记录它来自哪位用户。您填写的简介、笔记、标签、照片和阅读记录不会收入。

书的评分（星级）只按全体用户的评分计算平均分和人数，在至少 3 人评过分的书的页面上显示。不显示、也不保存谁打了几分。您从书架删除这本书或取消评分后，下一次汇总就不再计入。

书的封面图片和书目信息由您的设备直接从 Open Library（Internet Archive）、openBD（版元ドットコム）和 Google Books 读取。这时这些服务会收到您设备的 IP 地址和所查书的 ISBN 等信息，并按各自的隐私政策处理。

购买和额度

您在 App Store 或 Google Play 购买 Moonday Plus（订阅）或额度时，为了确认购买并发放权益，我们会在服务器上保存商品 ID、交易 ID、购买时间和到期时间、自动续订状态、购买的商店，以及退款或撤销的通知。额度会保存余额和增减记录（时间、数量、使用的功能）。付款方式和银行卡信息由商店处理，我们不会收到。Plus 也适用于购买者所在 Moonday 家庭的成员，所以家庭成员能看到家庭已开通 Plus，以及全家共用的每月额度还剩多少。删除账号后，购买和额度记录可能会按会计、税务等法律要求保存必要的期限。

活动回复（没有账号的客人）

Moonday 用户（主办）邀请你参加活动时，如果你不注册账号、直接在网页上回复，我们会处理以下信息。

• 姓名（必填）：让主办知道谁来参加
• 邮箱（选填）：发送修改链接和 PIN、截止前和活动前一天的提醒、时间地点变更或取消的通知
• 是否参加、大人和小孩人数（必填）：统计人数
• 过敏 / 饮食注意（选填）：方便主办准备食物
• 我带什么（带东西）（选填）：方便主办安排大家带的东西
• 留言（选填）：给主办的话

• 过敏等信息可能属于健康相关信息。是否填写由你决定，只有你本人同意并填写时才处理。
• 这些信息只有该活动的主办和主办选定的共同主办能看到。主办选择「参加者能看到名单」时，其他参加者只能看到「参加」和「待定」的人的名字、人数和带的东西，看不到邮箱、过敏和留言。
• 费用分摊记录（谁付了多少）只有主办和共同主办能看到；Moonday 不经手任何钱款。记录里存的是回复的 ID，不是你的名字。
• 主办用你的邮箱邀请你时，Moonday 会给这个地址发一封邀请邮件，并在回复截止前提醒一次。
• 为了防止滥用，我们只记录经过不可逆处理的 IP 地址值和访问次数，不保存 IP 地址本身。修改用 PIN 和修改链接的密钥也只保存不可逆处理后的值。
• 保存期限：活动结束 90 天后，自动删除客人的姓名、邮箱、过敏、留言以及发过的邮件记录，只保留人数统计。在此之前，你随时可以用修改链接修改回复。如需删除，请联系主办或下方的联系方式。
• 这些信息不会用于广告或推广 Moonday。回复后显示的「用 Moonday 管理日程」只是 App 介绍，点击时不会发送你填写的内容。

老师的公告（一斉连络）和已读确认

在 Moonday 上管理课程的老师，可以把公告一次发给所有学生的家庭，并查看谁已经读了。为此我们会处理以下信息。

• 公告内容（标题、正文、图片）：通知学生家庭。谁能看到：发送的老师、同一课程的老师、收到公告的家庭
• 已读（哪个家庭、什么时候、家里谁打开的，是在 App 里还是邮件链接里）：让老师确认通知是否传达。谁能看到：发送的老师和同一课程的老师
• 回复（知道了、请假、提问，提问的文字，回复人的显示名）：和老师联系。谁能看到：发送的老师、同一课程的老师和这个家庭
• 邮箱（家庭成员账号里已登记的）：家里没有人使用 App 时，发送公告和查看链接。只有 Moonday 系统使用，老师看不到

• 每个家庭各记一份。其他家庭看不到公告发给了谁、谁读了。
• 打开邮件里的查看链接，老师就会看到这个家庭“已读”。链接只属于这个家庭，发送 180 天后或老师删除公告后失效。
• 为防止链接被滥用，只记录 IP 地址的不可逆哈希值和访问次数，不保存 IP 地址本身。
• 保存期限：公告、已读和回复保存到老师删除这条公告为止。老师删除后，所有家庭的记录一起删除。
• 这些信息不会用于广告。

练习记录

老师在课程里开启练习记录后，学生和家长可以记录每天的练习，老师可以查看练习情况。为此我们会处理以下信息。

• 练习的日期、练习时长（可不填）、曲目或内容（可不填）、备注（可不填）、记录人：学生和家长记录练习，老师了解练习情况。谁能看到：学生本人、学生的家庭成员、这门课的老师
• 老师的设置（开启或关闭、每周天数和每天时长的目标、现在的练习内容）：向学生和家长显示目标和练习内容。谁能看到：这门课的老师、学生和家长
• 最近一次课堂记录里未完成的作业：作为“练习内容”显示给学生和家长。谁能看到：学生本人、学生的家庭成员、这门课的老师

• 孩子的练习可以由同一家庭的成员（监护人）代为记录。
• 同一课程的其他学生和家庭看不到这些记录。
• 老师生成月报（AI 草稿）时，会把该月的练习统计（练习天数、总时长、最长连续天数、记录的曲目名）和课堂记录一起发给 AI 服务。备注文字不会发送。
• 不记录照片和录音。
• 保存期限：保存到记录人取消那一天的记录，或学生的账号（孩子的档案）被删除为止。删除账号时，该学生的练习记录也会一起删除。
• 这些信息不会用于广告。

体验课申请和老师介绍页

老师介绍页：老师可以在 Moonday App 里制作介绍页（moonday.site/t/…）。页面只显示老师填写并打开「公开」的内容：对外名字、照片、教授科目、自我介绍、地区、授课语言和方式、费用说明，以及老师选择的课程名称、每周时间、对象和剩余名额。不会显示学生姓名等课程成员的信息。关闭「公开」后，页面将无法打开。

申请时收集的信息：家长姓名、邮箱（必填）；孩子的姓名和年龄、电话、希望的课程或时间、留言（选填）；页面显示所用的语言。

使用目的：把申请交给对应的老师，方便老师联系你；向你填写的邮箱发送一封确认邮件；防止恶意或大量提交（见下文）。

谁能看到：只有你申请的那位老师能在 App 里看到申请内容，其他用户和其他老师都看不到。老师会收到“有新申请”的通知（通知里只有姓名和课程名，不含邮箱和电话）。Moonday 运营方仅在处理故障或调查违规使用时才可能访问这些数据。

保存期限和删除：

• 申请在老师最后一次更新处理状态 180 天后自动删除（已报名、未报名、未处理都一样）。
• 确认邮件的发送记录在发送 180 天后删除。
• 老师可以随时删除申请。老师删除 Moonday 账号时，其介绍页和收到的所有申请都会删除。
• 如果你想删除自己的申请，请联系老师或下方的联系方式。

防止滥用：表单带有识别自动提交的机制。为了限制同一来源的提交次数，我们会临时使用由 IP 地址转换而来、无法还原的值（哈希值），不保存 IP 地址本身。计数记录在 2 天内删除。数据保存在 Google Cloud（Firebase）。

致老师（页面制作者）：申请中的个人信息请只用于联系和安排体验课。把体验课加入日历时，日程里只写名字，不写联系方式。

使用情况统计

为了改进服务，Moonday 会统计以下信息：

• 注册来源：新建账号时，只记录一次你是从哪里来的（例如分享图片上的二维码、好友链接、下载页）以及设备类型（iOS / Android / Web）。之后不会再修改。
• 页面访问次数：下载页和好友链接被打开的次数，只按“日期、来源、设备类型”记一个数字。不保存 IP 地址、Cookie 或设备 ID。
• 每日统计：根据以上信息和已有的账号信息（创建时间、最后使用时间），汇总新注册人数、活跃人数、留存率、家庭数量等。统计结果只有人数，只有运营方（管理员）能看。

这些信息不会为了广告目的提供给第三方。

删除账号

您可以随时在 App 的「我的」标签页 → 设置 → 「删除我的账户」中删除账号。会删除：账号和个人资料，您自己创建的笔记、日程、待办、课程、读书笔记，发给您的通知，AI 助手的连接凭证和对话记录，iCal 订阅、Notion 连接凭证、足迹（地点打卡）、注册来源记录、练习记录，以及老师介绍页和收到的体验课申请。如果无法使用 App，或希望连同聊天消息、照片和视频一起全部删除，请用注册邮箱发邮件到 info@mconstant.co.jp，我们会在 30 天内删除。您的评分会在下一次汇总时去掉。公共书目里的书目信息不含个人信息，会保留。详细步骤：删除账号

We take the protection of your privacy seriously and handle your personal information appropriately. The personal information provided by our customers when using our services will be used as follows:

1. Scope of information collection
We may collect the following information necessary for service provision:
- Personal information such as name, email address, telephone number, and address
- Log information such as service usage history and browsing history

2. Purpose of use of personal information
We will use the personal information collected from our customers for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, manage, and improve our services
- To respond to inquiries from our customers
- To provide information on our services and to display advertisements

3. Third-party provision of personal information
Except in the following cases, we will not provide our customers' personal information to third parties:
- When required by law
- When there is consent from the customer
- When we provide personal information to subcontractors, etc. as necessary

4. Management of personal information
We will properly manage our customers' personal information and take measures to prevent leakage, loss, or destruction of personal information.

5. Contact information
We will respond promptly and appropriately to inquiries from our customers regarding their personal information. Please contact us through our website.

6. Revision of Privacy Policy
We may revise our Privacy Policy in response to changes in laws or social conditions. The revised Privacy Policy will be posted on our website and notified to our customers.

Third-party services

• Import from Notion: only after you connect Notion, Moonday reads the pages and databases you allow and saves them as memos, events or tasks in Moonday. Moonday never writes to Notion. The connection token is kept on our server only; you can disconnect at any time in Settings, which deletes it.
• Photo recognition (text, book details): photos you choose to recognize are sent to the Google Gemini API for processing, used for that purpose only and not stored on our server.
• iCal subscriptions: calendar links are stored encrypted on our server, which fetches their events regularly and saves them as events in Moonday. You can remove a subscription at any time in Settings.
• Place search: when you search for a memo's place, the text you type is sent through our server to Google Maps Platform (Places API).
• AI assistant: the AI service you connect with your own account or API key (one of OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter or Google Gemini) receives the messages you type and the Moonday data needed to answer (events, memos, tasks and other items you can see). We ask for your consent before anything is sent. That data is processed under the service's own privacy policy. Connection credentials (API keys, tokens) are stored encrypted on our server only; you can disconnect at any time in Settings, which deletes them. Conversations are saved in Moonday and can be deleted in the app.
• Sending email: event invitations and notices, teacher announcements, trial lesson confirmations and similar emails are sent through the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA).
• Installing from a friend link: if you install the app from a friend link, the app reads that link's code once, on its first launch after installing. On Android it reads the Google Play install referrer; on iPhone it checks the clipboard, which the web page's "Download the app" button filled with the link. The clipboard is checked only once, on the first launch, and only a Moonday friend link is used; nothing else from the clipboard is stored or sent. The code stays on your device and is deleted once the friend page opens or after 7 days. We do not use device fingerprinting.

Footprints (place check-ins)

Only when you check in at a place, Moonday saves that place's name, address and coordinates, its country, province or state and city, the date, the related event, and the note and photo you add (optional), linked to your account. The coordinates are the place's (the place on your event or from search, or the city centre for "Just here (city only)"), not your phone's location itself. Only when you check in at your current location does Moonday read your phone's location once, round it to about 10 m and send it through our server to Google to find nearby places or the city. Moonday does not collect your location in the background. To keep city names consistent, Moonday may send a place's coordinates or Google place ID through our server to Google, and keeps the answer on the server for your account for up to 30 days. The country and province are worked out with map data built into the app. Check-ins are visible only to you by default. Check-ins you set to "Family" (you can also make that the default for new check-ins in the Footprints menu) can be seen by the members of your family group; after you leave the family they can no longer see them. Share pictures of all footprints, a year, a month or a country show only coloured regions and counts. A picture of one check-in, made only when you choose to share it, shows the place name, city, date, ratings, the start of the note, the photo and a map around the place with a dot at it. With "Import from photos" and "Check in from a photo", Moonday reads the capture time and location of the photos you choose on your device to suggest check-ins. Photos and their locations are not uploaded in bulk: only the check-ins you choose to save (and the one photo you choose to attach) are saved, and their coordinates are where the photo was taken. To find the place name, those coordinates are sent through our server to Google. Footprints are not sent to the AI assistant. You can edit or delete check-ins one by one at any time on the Footprints screen (the photo is deleted too), and your check-ins, photos and the answers kept on the server are all deleted when you delete your account.

Moonday AI (Google Gemini)

When you use "Notice to calendar" (making events from photos of a school notice or pasted text) or the AI model Moonday provides (the AI assistant when you do not connect your own AI account), the photos you choose, the text you paste, the messages you type and the Moonday data needed to answer (events, memos, tasks and other items you can see, and your family members' display names) are sent through our server to the Google Gemini API for processing. We ask for your consent first. Photos and pasted text are used for that processing only and are not stored on our server (events you add from the result are saved). When these features are offered to everyone, we use a paid API under which Google does not use the content to train its models, and Google processes it under the Gemini API terms.

Public book catalog and ratings

Moonday has a public book catalog that every user can see (including lists such as award winners). It holds only bibliographic facts (title, authors, publisher, ISBN, year of publication) and the cover image addresses described below. A book you add to your shelf may also appear in the catalog, with its bibliographic facts only, when its ISBN can be confirmed; we do not record whose shelf it came from. The descriptions, notes, tags, photos and reading records you enter are never included.

Book ratings (stars) are combined across all users into an average and a count, shown on a book's page once at least 3 people have rated it. Who gave which rating is neither shown nor stored. When you remove a book from your shelf or clear its rating, it leaves the next count.

Cover images and book details are loaded by your device directly from Open Library (Internet Archive), openBD (Hanmoto) and Google Books. These services receive your device's IP address and the ISBN or title being looked up, and handle them under their own privacy policies.

Purchases and credits

When you buy Moonday Plus (a subscription) or credits on the App Store or Google Play, we keep on our server what we need to confirm the purchase and give you its benefits: the product ID, transaction ID, purchase and expiry times, auto-renewal status, the store, and refund or revocation notices. For credits we keep the balance and a history of what was added and used (time, amount, feature). Payment methods and card details are handled by the store; we never receive them. Plus also applies to the members of the buyer's Moonday family, so family members can see that the family has Plus and how much of the family's shared monthly credits is left. Purchase and credit records may be kept after you delete your account for as long as accounting, tax or other laws require.

Event replies (guests without an account)

When a Moonday user (the host) invites you to an event and you reply on the web without an account, we process the following.

• Name (required): so the host knows who is coming
• Email (optional): to send your edit link and PIN, a reminder before the reply deadline and the day before, and notices if the date, time or place changes or the event is cancelled
• Your answer, number of adults and children (required): head count
• Allergies / dietary needs (optional): so the host can prepare food
• What you bring (potluck) (optional): so the host can coordinate who brings what
• Message (optional): a note to the host

• Allergy information can be health information. It is optional, and we only process it when you choose to enter it.
• Only the event's host and the co-hosts the host chose can see this information. If the host lets guests see who is coming, other guests see only the names and head counts of people going or maybe, and what they bring. They never see emails, allergies or messages.
• Expense records for splitting costs (who paid what) are seen only by the host and co-hosts; Moonday never handles money. They store your reply's ID, not your name.
• If the host invites you by entering your email address, Moonday sends one invitation email to it and one reminder before the reply deadline.
• To prevent abuse we keep only a one-way hash of your IP address with a call count, never the address itself. The PIN and the key in your edit link are also stored only as one-way hashes.
• Retention: 90 days after the event, guests' names, emails, allergies, messages and the records of emails sent are deleted automatically. Only the head count stays. Until then you can change your reply at any time with your edit link. To have it deleted sooner, contact the host or us at the address below.
• We never use this information for advertising or to promote Moonday. The "Plan with Moonday" card shown after you reply is an introduction to the app and sends nothing you entered.

Teacher announcements and read receipts

Teachers who run lessons with Moonday can send an announcement to every student's family at once and see who has read it. For this we handle the following information.

• The announcement (title, text, picture): telling the families. Seen by: the sending teacher, the course's other teachers, the families it was sent to
• Read receipts (which family, when, who in the family opened it, in the app or through the email link): letting the teacher know it arrived. Seen by: the sending teacher and the course's other teachers
• Replies (got it, absent, a question, its text, the display name of who replied): contacting the teacher. Seen by: the sending teacher, the course's other teachers and that family
• Email addresses (already on the family members' accounts): sending the announcement and a read-only link when nobody in the family uses the app. Used by Moonday's systems only, never shown to teachers

• Each family gets its own copy. No family can see who else received it or who has read it.
• Opening the read-only link in the email tells the teacher that family has read it. The link belongs to that family only and stops working 180 days after sending, or when the teacher deletes the announcement.
• To prevent misuse of the link we record only an irreversible hash of the IP address and the number of visits, never the IP address itself.
• Retention: announcements, read receipts and replies are kept until the teacher deletes the announcement; deleting it removes every family's copy.
• None of this is used for advertising.

Practice log

When a teacher turns on the practice log for a course, students and their families can log each day they practise, and the teacher can see how practice is going. For this we handle the following information.

• The day practised, minutes (optional), piece or what was done (optional), a note (optional), who logged it: keeping a record of practice and letting the teacher follow it. Seen by: the student, the student's family, the course's teachers
• The teacher's setting (on or off, the goal in days a week and minutes a day, what to practise now): showing the goal and what to practise to students and families. Seen by: the course's teachers, students and their families
• Open homework from the latest lesson note: shown to the student and family as what to practise. Seen by: the student, the student's family, the course's teachers

• A family member (a parent or guardian) can log a child's practice for them.
• Other students and families on the same course do not see these records.
• When a teacher drafts a monthly report with AI, the month's practice figures (days practised, total minutes, longest streak, pieces named) are sent to the AI service together with the lesson notes. Notes are not sent.
• No photos or recordings are collected.
• Retention: kept until the person who logged a day takes it back, or until the student's account (or child profile) is deleted; deleting it deletes the student's practice log too.
• This information is never used for advertising.

Trial lesson requests and teacher pages

Teacher pages: teachers can make a page in the Moonday app (moonday.site/t/…). The page shows only what the teacher entered and chose to make public: display name, picture, subjects, introduction, area, lesson languages and formats, a note on fees, and the courses the teacher picked (title, weekly times, who it is for, places left). It never shows the names of students or anyone else in a course. When the teacher turns "Make public" off, the page can no longer be opened.

What a request collects: the parent's name and email address (required); the child's name and age, a phone number, the preferred course or times and a message (optional); the language the page was shown in.

Why: to pass the request to the teacher so they can contact you; to send a confirmation email to the address you entered; to prevent spam and abuse (see below).

Who can see it: only the teacher you sent the request to can see it in the app. Other users and other teachers cannot. The teacher gets a notification of the new request (with your name and the course only, never your email or phone number). Moonday staff access the data only when needed to fix problems or investigate abuse.

How long we keep it:

• A request is deleted automatically 180 days after the teacher last changed its status (whether joined, not joining or never answered).
• The record of the confirmation email is deleted 180 days after it was sent.
• Teachers can delete a request at any time. When a teacher deletes their Moonday account, their page and every request they received are deleted.
• To have your request deleted, ask the teacher or contact us at the address below.

Preventing abuse: the form detects automated submissions. To limit how often one connection can send requests, we briefly use a value derived from your IP address that cannot be turned back into it (a hash). We do not store your IP address. These counters are deleted within 2 days. Data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase).

For teachers who publish a page: use the personal information in a request only to contact the family about the trial lesson. When you add a trial lesson to your calendar, the event holds the name only, not the contact details.

Usage statistics

To improve the service, Moonday counts the following:

• Sign-up source: when you create an account, we record once where you came from (for example, a QR code on a shared picture, a friend link, or the download page) and the kind of device (iOS, Android or web). It is never changed afterwards.
• Page visits: how often the download page and friend links are opened, kept only as a number per day, source and kind of device. We do not store IP addresses, cookies or device IDs.
• Daily statistics: from the above and existing account data (creation time, last use), we compute numbers of new sign-ups, active users, retention, families and similar. The results are counts only and can be seen only by the operators (administrators).

We do not share this information with third parties for advertising.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: "My" tab → Settings → "Delete my account". This deletes your account and profile, the memos, events, tasks, courses and reading notes you created, notifications addressed to you, your AI assistant connections and conversations, your iCal subscriptions, your Notion connection, your footprints (place check-ins), your sign-up source record, your practice log, and your teacher page with the trial lesson requests it received. If you cannot use the app, or want everything deleted including chat messages, photos and videos, email info@mconstant.co.jp from your registered address and we delete it within 30 days.
