アプリから削除する
- Moonday アプリを開き、ログインします。
- 画面下の「私の」タブを開き、歯車アイコン（設定）をタップします。
- 画面下部の「アカウントを削除します」をタップし、確認画面で削除します。
「前回のサインインからの時間が長すぎます」と表示された場合は、一度ログアウトして再ログインしてから操作してください。
削除されるデータ
- アカウント（ログイン情報）とプロフィール
- ご自身が作成したメモ・予定・タスク・コース・読書メモ
- ご自身宛ての通知
- AI アシスタントの接続情報と会話
- iCal 購読と Notion の接続情報
- 足あと（場所のチェックインとその写真）
メールで削除を依頼する
アプリを使えない場合や、チャットで送信したメッセージ・アップロードした写真や動画も含めてすべて削除したい場合は、登録メールアドレスから info@mconstant.co.jp までご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、30 日以内に削除します。
法令で保存が必要な情報を除き、削除したデータは復元できません。

在 App 里删除
- 打开 Moonday App 并登录。
- 打开下方的「我的」标签页，点齿轮图标（设置）。
- 点页面下方的「删除我的账户」，在确认画面里确认删除。
如果提示"距离上次登录时间太长"，请先退出登录再重新登录，然后再操作。
会删除的数据
- 账号（登录信息）和个人资料
- 你自己创建的笔记、日程、待办、课程、读书笔记
- 发给你的通知
- AI 助手的连接凭证和对话记录
- iCal 订阅和 Notion 连接凭证
- 足迹（地点打卡及其照片）
通过邮件申请删除
如果无法使用 App，或者希望连同聊天中发送的消息、上传的照片和视频一起全部删除，请用注册邮箱发送邮件到 info@mconstant.co.jp。确认是本人后，我们会在 30 天内删除。
除法律要求保存的信息外，删除后的数据无法恢复。

Delete in the app
- Open the Moonday app and sign in.
- Open the "My" tab at the bottom and tap the gear icon (Settings).
- Tap "Delete my account" at the bottom and confirm.
If you see "Too long since most recent sign-in", sign out, sign in again and retry.
What is deleted
- Your account (sign-in details) and profile
- Memos, events, tasks, courses and reading notes you created
- Notifications addressed to you
- Your AI assistant connections and conversations
- Your iCal subscriptions and Notion connection
- Your footprints (place check-ins and their photos)
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, or want everything deleted including chat messages you sent and photos or videos you uploaded, email info@mconstant.co.jp from your registered address. After verifying it is you, we delete the data within 30 days.
Deleted data cannot be restored, except information we must keep by law.
