本規約は、M. Constant（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「Moonday」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. アカウント：お客様は自身のアカウント情報を適切に管理し、第三者に利用させないものとします。
2. お客様のコンテンツ：お客様が作成・取り込みした内容の権利はお客様に帰属します。当社は本サービスの提供に必要な範囲でのみ取り扱います。
3. 外部サービス：Notion、Google などの外部サービスとの連携は、各サービスの規約にも従います。連携はいつでも解除できます。
4. 禁止事項：法令違反、他者の権利侵害、本サービスの運営を妨げる行為、不正アクセスを禁止します。
5. 免責：当社は本サービスを現状のまま提供し、データの消失や中断について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き責任を負いません。重要なデータは各自で保管してください。
6. 変更・終了：当社は本サービスの内容や本規約を変更、または本サービスを終了することがあります。重要な変更はアプリまたはウェブサイトでお知らせします。
7. 準拠法：本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
8. 有料サービス（Moonday Plus・クレジット）
- 価格と内容は購入画面に表示します。購入は App Store または Google Play を通じて行い、お支払い・請求・返金は各ストアの規約に従います。
- Moonday Plus は自動更新のサブスクリプションです。期間が終わる 24 時間前までに解約しない限り、同じ期間・料金で自動的に更新されます。解約はストアのアカウント設定から行えます。無料体験期間中に解約すると料金はかかりません。
- Plus は購入者が所属する Moonday の家族グループのメンバー（最大 15 人）にも適用されます。購入者が家族グループを離れると、Plus は購入者に付いていき、元の家族には適用されなくなります。
- Plus に毎月含まれるクレジットは家族で共有し、その月の末日まで有効です（翌月に繰り越しません）。購入したクレジットに有効期限はありません。
- クレジットは本サービスの対象機能にのみ使えます。現金や他のサービスとの交換、他のアカウントへの譲渡はできず、法令または各ストアの規約で認められる場合を除き払い戻しはできません。
- 機能ごとに必要なクレジットの数は変わることがあり、変更する場合はアプリで事前にお知らせします。読み取りの結果が 0 件だった場合や当社側のエラーの場合は、クレジットを使いません。
- 本サービスを終了する場合、未使用の購入クレジットは法令に従って取り扱います。

本条款规定 M. Constant（以下简称"我们"）提供的应用"Moonday"（以下简称"本服务"）的使用条件。使用本服务即视为您同意本条款。
1. 账号：请妥善保管您的账号信息，不得让第三方使用。
2. 您的内容：您创建或导入的内容归您所有。我们仅在提供本服务所需的范围内处理。
3. 外部服务：与 Notion、Google 等外部服务的连接，同时适用各服务自身的条款。您可以随时断开连接。
4. 禁止行为：禁止违法行为、侵犯他人权利、妨碍本服务运营及非法访问。
5. 免责：本服务按现状提供。除我们故意或重大过失外，我们不对数据丢失或服务中断承担责任。重要数据请自行备份。
6. 变更与终止：我们可能变更本服务内容或本条款，或终止本服务。重要变更会在应用或网站上通知。
7. 适用法律：本条款适用日本法律，争议以东京地方法院为第一审专属管辖法院。
8. 付费服务（Moonday Plus、额度）
- 价格和内容显示在购买页面。购买通过 App Store 或 Google Play 进行，付款、扣费和退款适用各商店的条款。
- Moonday Plus 是自动续订的订阅。除非在当期结束前 24 小时取消，否则会按相同周期和价格自动续订。可在商店的账号设置中取消。在免费试用期内取消不收费。
- Plus 也适用于购买者所在 Moonday 家庭的成员（最多 15 人）。购买者离开家庭后，Plus 跟随购买者，原来的家庭不再享有。
- Plus 每月包含的额度由全家共用，当月最后一天前有效（不结转到下个月）。购买的额度没有有效期。
- 额度只能用于本服务的相应功能，不能兑换现金或其他服务，不能转让给其他账号；除法律或商店条款允许的情况外，不予退款。
- 各功能所需的额度数量可能调整，调整前会在 App 内通知。识别结果为 0 条或因我们的原因出错时，不扣额度。
- 本服务终止时，未使用的已购额度按法律规定处理。

These terms set out the conditions for using the app "Moonday" (the "Service") provided by M. Constant ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Account: keep your account details safe and do not let others use your account.
2. Your content: content you create or import belongs to you. We handle it only as needed to provide the Service.
3. Third-party services: connections to services such as Notion and Google are also subject to their own terms. You can disconnect at any time.
4. Prohibited: breaking the law, infringing the rights of others, disrupting the Service and unauthorized access.
5. Disclaimer: the Service is provided as is. Except for our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss of data or interruptions. Please keep your own copies of important data.
6. Changes and termination: we may change the Service or these terms, or end the Service. Important changes are announced in the app or on our website.
7. Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Japan; the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
8. Paid services (Moonday Plus, credits)
- Prices and what you get are shown on the purchase screen. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play; payment, billing and refunds follow the store's terms.
- Moonday Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel in your store account settings. Cancelling during a free trial costs nothing.
- Plus also applies to the members of the buyer's Moonday family group (up to 15 people). If the buyer leaves the family group, Plus goes with the buyer and no longer applies to the former family.
- The credits included with Plus each month are shared by the family and valid until the last day of that month (they do not carry over). Purchased credits do not expire.
- Credits can be used only for the eligible features of the Service. They cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or transferred to another account, and are not refundable except where the law or the store's terms allow.
- The number of credits a feature needs may change; we announce changes in the app in advance. No credits are used when a recognition finds nothing or fails because of us.
- If the Service ends, unused purchased credits are handled as the law requires.
